Epidemiological Methods

Epidemiology and epidemiologists are at the core of what we do at the BEAD Core. As such, we value supporting a project from the beginning of formulating aims, all the way to preparing a manuscript. By being present at the early stages of a project, we can help educate and mentor our clients on best practices when they matter most.

The BEAD Core has the expertise to develop and maintain databases and data collection tools in Microsoft Access, REDCap, audio computer-assisted self-interviewing (ACASI), STATA, and Teleform. Clients get many opportunities to beta test drafts and submit revisions. Thus upon final delivery, our databases are perfectly customized to suit our clients’ needs.
