Kate Fitzgerald, Sc.D.
Kathryn Fitzgerald is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins. Her multi-disciplinary research focuses on epidemiologic research integrating genetic, clinical, environmental, and community-level data to understand what factors impact prognosis in several neurological diseases including multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. She earned a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and a Doctor of Science in Epidemiology at Harvard University, followed by a postdoctoral research fellowship in neuroimmunology at the Johns Hopkins University.
